Defective Handbag Delivered by Pinaken, Warranty Denied

I purchased a handbag from Pinaken on 23rd October 2024 (Order No. PSNIxxxx0) for ?2,499. Within a few months, the bag’s leather started cracking, the button broke, and it now appears extremely worn out—despite minimal use. This clearly indicates a manufacturing defect. As per Pinaken’s advertised 1-year warranty, I am entitled to a refund or replacement. Despite contacting them, there has been no satisfactory resolution. I am filing this complaint seeking appropriate redressal under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
