Defective HP Pavilion X360, no service support

Had Bought HP Pavilion X 360n 13-U132TU Laptop on 20 April 2017 from Geonet India, Tilak road Branch, Pune. The Laptop is Uber slow and Even when I have not filled in even 1 MB of Data, the Hard disk utilisation in Task bar is 100%.Have been following up with the Store Guys I bought it from who finally admitted that there is an issue with the laptop when I compared with the Demo X360 Laptop arranged at the Display.

When I Asked them to do the needful I was told to contact customer care for support over telephone. Co ordinated with the Technical Support team over telephone since 2 May 2017 and everyday since then. Followed all the Instructions given over phone each day and performed all the Procedures. Case ID’s have been shut without providing a resolution. Requested for a field engineer each single day who would come and diagnose the system, to which I was being denied each single day until a complaint was lodged with CEO Portal.

Its been 4 Days since the Field engineer had visited and I am still awaiting a reply. Its a Humble request to ask them to provide an explanation for the same and Provide me refund for the Laptop along with Interest and a compensation for all the Mental agony suffered and Timed Wasted.
