Defective product from Myntra, no customer support

Myntra Customer Service team is no help at all. At first retrun courier denied the pickup, claiming for defective products you need to raise a complaint through Myntra app. When I raised the complaint, Myntra did not ask for any defect details, no pictures of defect and without reaching out to me with any explanation, they  closed my request.

I have now reached out many times to Myntra explaining that I recevied a defective product from the get go. But they claim that they sent the non defective product. Basically I am powerless now, and feel cheated.
I have already decided to return rest of the products because I do not want to buy antthing from Myntra anymore.

Myntra has lost a paying customer today. I wish they loose all their customers and the whole company can go to hell.
