Ajio Not picking up order not Initiating refund. Value: 1821.35
Placed order on AJIO on 23rd February, after multiple fake attempts and delay. The order was delivered on 2th March 2023.
The Shoes were worn-out from the sides and there is a colour mismatch on the soles. The product seemed refurbished and not repaired! No original packaging also received for the shoes.
Requested Return on the same day (2th March 2023) No pickup attempt has been made and no resolution from Ajio. In the name of sale, they are selling refurbished and after market products to loot customers! Request immediate stringent action on such Ecommerce frauds.
