Delay in delivery by gitanjalijewels

Had ordered a pendant from gitanjalijewels.com pn 9/23. We are awaiting the package even post 1month of ordering it. We did reach out to customer care on 12 oct by mail to be replued that order under process
There toll free no.1800-103-0051 as provided in the mail, on their websit and advertisements is never answered.
It is a request to either have order dispatched or money refunded.
