Dhanalaxmi typing jobs Dehradun Not paying me

I paid a registration fee of Rs.1800 towards home based typing job. they promised me No deductions for first 3 months.Now,after submitting the completed given project, they want me to pay another 3000 Rs. towards re-checking of the project or else no payment.
That was not part of the deal..they are duping in the name of govt.approved & legal company. why would a legal process do this? I believe it’s a fraud. their websites contact number is invalid.they want me to go for legal complaints too. please help.
