I have booked ticket through yatra.com website from Agra to Noida of Raj shila Travels on 30/05/2019 for two persons of ?898. The bus was scheduled to be depart at 6:55PM from agra food point Opp to Ramada Plaza Hotel, Fatehabad Road, Agra.
But the Bus was departed at 5:30PM fron boarding point. The bus conductor called us at 4:55PM to inform that now bus would be depating at 5:30PM i. e. 90mins prior to scheduled department time as mentioned at the bus ticket.
We were not able to get the bus as my friend was at examination hall.
Therefore, we asked for refund the full amount of bus tickets from Yatra.com.
But when we communicated this case to Yartra.com they replied that the bus conductor have waited for us and other passengers catched the bus. Therefore, they can’t refund the amount.
Please look into this matter and do the needful justice with us.
