I have taken home loan of 9,43,000 from DHFL in 2011, since 10 yrs paying regular EMI. Not a single EMI missed/Due.
1st yr loan interest was 10.5% after that it has been increased to 12.67% without my information. My current total outstanding is 8,70,000 +.
Due to such high interest rate my tenure has increased and i am facing difficulties to clear my loan. I have requested multiple time by visiting DHFL branch and my writing email to lower my interest rate as per the standard current home loan interest rate.
But Branch person miss guide saying current interest rate are not applicable i have to wait for some time. This is repeating since 2 years.
My reply are worst and disappointing from DFHL. Current home loan rate is almost 9% for all other banks.
Kindly consider this genie request and help to reduce the interest rate.
