I had placed an order for “Wrong leather jacket” which did not have the jacket. As soon as we opened it and found that jacket not to be there, i called customer care and raised a complaint. which they assured that will be addresses ASAP.
In return to the complaint they came up with a solution which says “Upon reviewing your case, we see that the product was shipped post stringent quality check. Hence we would not be able to provide refund for missing item”
This reply boiled me up to the core as shipping a product does not ensures that it will be delivered in same condition. What is the proof that the package had the pants before delivering it.
