DTDC Courier out for delivery, yet not delivered

The item is out for delivery on 20th of January 2018 and today is 23rd January 2018 and item is not yet delivered. I have called the regional office of ambala Dtdc, Kurukshetra Dtdc and gurgaon Dtdc, and all are denying that the item is with them. They are blaming each other that the item is sent from their end and the other says that it has not been sent. Where did the item packet go? The tracking id for Dtdc is K08427008.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
