DTDC not delivering document

Pathetic service by DTDC courier. Docket No. X23370584. Shipment was send from Delhi dated 20.12.2017, and received at Roorkee Hub dt 21.12.2017. Since then even after regular follow up material is not getting delivered. The response is they will deliver when they have time. And I am not able to post the feedback in their website it does not work for feedback system.
