Duplicate product sold in deal offers

I booked 2 watches from pick a deal website it’s was an offer of buy one and get one. The pictures where shown is of the original one, but when I received the product it was duplicate. When i complaint againeat that they told its goes to high QC and they didn’t refund the money cause they given the orignal products. There is no option of refund. And not able to call on their customer service number. I paid total of 947rupees. The attached pics of the duplicate watches I got. And 2 snap is of the watches they showed in the site. Please look into it and do the needful.
