Hotel not refunding advance amount

I booked Hotel Palm Resort in Lataguri, West Bengal from 29th Sept to 2nd Oct& gave an advance payment of Rs2000/- also. But due to political problems in North Bengal & natural calamity, I cancelled my trip & informed to refund my money. But after repeatedly requesting Mr. RXXXp, the proprietor of Hotel Palm Resort, he is playing with me & not refunding my money. Please look into this matter & arrange to refund my money. Regards

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
