Complaint regarding Samsung mobile phone screen problem

I bought Samsung mobile phone with model no : C701. On 30/04/2018 at Muheed Enterprises, Nellore. Since 2 months I am facing problems with this mobile.No scratches on my phone and it didn’t fall in water also.But the problem with mobile screen. I have contacted with the service centre executives ,first they told me that they will replace the mobile with new phone and kept my mobile for 25 days with out giving any acknowledgement with them. After 25 days when called them by phone, they said that they do not replace the mobile,instead of replacing the mobile, that they will change the screen and service. In this connection please solve my problem as early as possible.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
