I have an issue with the fare calculation strategy. As i always take a same ride and show me the estimated fare in between 19 to 25 rupees but when the trip end they charged fare more than the estimated fare. i want to know in what way they are calculating the distance for the same ride. sonetime for the same destination they charge 20 rs and sometimes they charge 70 rupees . its really a worst thing that everytime you are calculating the amount for the same ride in a different way by showing the distance more than 4km.how it is possible that always u charged differently for same route.
