I had ordered shoes from yepme.com on 21/1/2018 and paid through credit card.but the product is not shipped yet. I tried to see the order status in the website and app and its showing ready for dispatch but till date its not been dispatched. They have updated courier tracking no and name which is also false as when i contacted courier partner the told me that the tracking number doesn’t exist. I mailed yepme but they didn’t reply. I tried to contact customer care but they didn’t receive my calls. They have shut down their business may b because their app is also not working and website is also not working. My hard earned money is gone in vain.
