Two days back on 12.06.2019.I got a call from Matrix data entry company. They told me that they will provide me some data entry work of filling form and they will pay Rs 20000 as salary for this. I agreed on this.
After that they took my adhar card and send me a link for signing one agreement. And continuesly pressurise me to sign the same and told me to sign asap. Other wise link will expire. So I signed the same without reading it. After then they give me a I’d and password by which time have started work. After filling up 5 forms. My ID got disabled. When I called them they told me that this happened due to multiple log in issue. I will get call from their company with in a while. After that I received a call from one person. He told me that he is calling from Allahabad High Court & he is calling on behalf of matrix.
As I have done multiple log in with my ID.
So he has provided me 3 options
1.I have to pay matrix Rs 4000/- to close the case
2. I have to pay Rs. 5500/- to retrieve my ID and they will refund me with my salary after completion of work.
3.If I don’t go for point 1/2 then they will issue a legal notice against me. As I have signed the agreement and my adhar card is with them. And I have to go to Allahabad high court and have to pay them Red 25000/-or more.
When I told them that I can’t pay now. As my financial condition is not good now if they want they can deduct the amount from my salary after completion of work.
He denied to do that and said this is not possible . And he is going to issue a legal notice against me.
And with in few minutes I recieved the mail of legal notice in my mail. The screen shot is attached with this.
