I had placed an order on zopnow via their app. Company is giving promo offers to make purchases through them. But after placing order, same got fraudulently cancelled at the date of delivery by them.& they are not even refunding the money for no reason. I am following up from very long with them over phone, mail & social media for refunding my money. It seems to be a fraud company. They are not at all responding. I saw many other users on twitter cheated by them. Kindly help to resolve this issue.

Zopnow online groceries are looks like fake and cheating people, I placed my order and money deducted but they are showing order placed but your payment is pending, there are no customer support all number you get are fake not working, I don’t know how to get back my money, help me if you can
I verified. The customer care number is lifted from a conference call. It’s pure scam. People, please realise it’s too good to be true. Zopnow company is closed few years back. Their website was zopnow.com and this scamster website is zopnow.in with same logo to cheat people. However I wonder how google failed to identify this and was showing this as add in their page. That’s where I got to know about this. That mean either google is careless or some of their employees are involved.
Fake company, ZOPNOW lure customers with attractive offers and after taking payment,shows it as pending and no reply on emails/phone.

Zopnow is cheating people through their fake website. I placed the order but i even didn’t get any msg. My money got deducted and they have not refunded. Why YouTube and google are showing ad and fake website. Please help the common men . It is to be stopped otherwise it will become big scam .

Zopnow the worst website they are taking orders and not delivering the items more responding to emails or customer call it is a fake website I don’t understand why Google and YouTube are encouraging these fake websites with advertisements not they refund the money

This is totally scamming in India with help of Google SCO. Putting AD on YouTube and redirecting to zopnow.in with attractive price. I don’t know why Govt are sleeping and not taking any action. How can they loot people this is best example, doing fraud business and running since long, Be careful.

Placed order for Rs.625, no order confirmation was provided and money deducted from my account. Total fraud company.
Same happened to me today. Showing ad on the mobile phone and placed an order for Rs. 854. When I re-checked my order, the login email id as showing invalid. Money has already been deducted from my account through Paytm UPI transaction. Totally a fraud company.
Same happened to me also ,yesterday placed order for grocery paid via ptm upi Rs1159.95 but order not confirmed money was deducted from my a/c even logged a complaint but of no use total fraud company, how does Google allow these companies to operate in their site ?.
Today I saw a add from zopnow.in so I have selected some groceries and ordered then time slot also I selected then amt also paid through my phonepay act then what I have ordered it’s showing cancelled but my amt is not refund it’s a big fruad company .
