Amazon has a Prime subscription at a charge of Rs. 500/year. I have enrolled with that.
Amazon guarantees one day delivery on various articles listed on their site for Prime members.
I had place an order with Order No: 405-9068507-4225968 on their site and this did not deliver to me on the promised date and had me spend time on their e-commerce sites and help pages and phone and yet no delivery.
The logistics team wrongly updated saying that a delivery attempt was made but has failed. No one ever contacted me or showed up at my place. On trying to call the delivery agents number it was switched off.
I was updated that the article would be delivered the next day and yet again i see the same story.
And this has happened to me some 4-5 times in last 2-3 months.
Customer care too responds to email with templates. Need help with this.
