I booked room through mobikwik, using the couponcode sent by mobikwik for Jio recharge. But after deduction, booking failure message came. I thought bank issue and tried twice, but later found it is because fake code and illegal way of holding money by mobikwik.
Tried to get refund status, but mobikwik blocked my notifications. Now I don’t know how to contact mobikwik. They are not ready to send email. If anyone have contact number and email ID of mobikwik please post.

I made a payment of Rs.2416 to BWSSB on 16th Jan 2018 through Mobikwik. The payment is still not credited to the biller neither did I get any refund of my money. I have raised tickets and tried contacting them but in vain. Their app is a hopeless and there is no customer contact number. Every time I call the numbers provided…It’s either wrong number or no one picks the phone. That was my first transaction through them and I am going through nightmare. Why are these kind of irresponsible companies even existing ??? Please help me get my money back. Thank you.
