Flight ticket amount not refunded by Travolook

I booker ticket on dated 02/04/2021 from Patna to Bangalore by travolook.in but booking time showing that ticket booked showing successfully after journey date 04/04/2021 I was contacted to customer care the found that ticket has been cancelled due to fair price increase suddenly I asked to customer care that return my amount then they was telling that amount will be returned 10 to 15 working days this time has been already over but amount is not refund….

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
