This complaint is regarding a flight booking done in March 2020 through Make My Trip(MMT); an online travel booking agency.The flight ticket was originally booked for travel on 4/4/2020, But due to COVID-19 pandemic the flight was non-operational. Hence, I rescheduled my ticket to 5/12/2020. However, I got to know that the flight was cancelled by the Airlines(AIR INDIA) on 8/8/2020. So, I have raised a refund request on same day. But MMT has not refunded the booking amount yet. The last date of refund is being continuously differed by MMT from 8/8/2020 to 8/12/2020& then to 8/4/2021. I have still not received my refund yet. The customer care executives are continuously harassing me by refraining to communicate with them & their higher authorities by putting me hold for hours for several times during phone call ,disconnecting my call not replying to my mails & closing my complaints without solving my issue which is very stressful.
