On 27 Nov , met tech company took my no. From Quikr jobs and said to register my information in their agreement and they also asked me whether my computer is in working condition or not and I replied that my PC is not working then they said it’s ok ,u can register your I’d and I will provide you work when u want to do and I do that all things they took online signature and all,then, on 6 Dec my PC got repaired and I messaged on whatsapp to give me work but she called me and said that previous registeration is cancelled you have to register your id again..and i trusted her and I again give them all my informations and registered it and they gave me work,on 15 Dec I got a call from an advocate and he said I had to pay penalty fees as you didn’t complete the work which was given to me on 27 Nov, I denied him that I have not any work on that day but he harrassed me and said I will send you legal notice if you will not pay 5500 penalty fees, then I called at helpline no. Of met tech , she said I have a registeration on 28 Nov and my time period of 15 day is over so I have to pay penalty now , but i hadn’t any as they said that before they cancelled that previous registeration, i also told that I have all proof on WhatsApp with her where I told her that my PC is not working and don’t give me any work ,after that company continually threatened me by saying they will send legal notice and I have to come to Mumbai court with an advocate, because of fear and nervousness I paid that fees of 5500 and now I m still working their because of my next registeration and I can’t denied it as I have to pay more 5500 for cancellation of work . To sum up I want to say they their staff didn’t guide me well that I had to give them cancellation letter for my previous registeration .and this is totally unfair and their fault and I want my money back as I m a middle class student and I don’t want to work with them any more.

dont get scared this is big scam.. first they sign a fake agreememt then they send a fake court notice ..just block their no. or abuse as much as u can..
Yes i have also been in same situation.but i have seen a youtube video on that and i noticed that no of that stam papers are same.They just threaten us to pay the penalty fees.You have to do is just ignore thier call and not think about that
They also send me msg for solve matter out side of court and ask me to call into a contact no.
