Through this forum, I want to complaint for the fraud on OLX by the person named NxxE RxxxxxxD as told by the buyer on WhatsApp no. +234-813-007-1636. I have put an ad on OLX to sell I-PAD Pro 9.7″ 128GB Rose Gold, WIFI only. He asked me to courier the machine to the following address B-246, Near Nanda Hospital, Chatterpur Extension,New Delhi-110074. I asked Mr. Fxxxxxx to deposit the amount in my saving account in the ICICI Bank. He mailed me the transaction of the amount 57,000 Rs and told me that when you will mail the receipt of the courier to the bank, the Royal Bank of Canada will release the amount but after one day. I again asked Felix that my payment has not been credited yet. Then he repond that the poloicies of the Royal Bank of Canada has changed and they have asked me to deposit t the amount Rs 23,000 more as the minimum limit is 80,000 Rs. He again mail me that he had deposited the 23,000 Rs and when I’ll pay the amount to the account of the person whose details are xxxxx
And ask me to mail the receipt to the Royal Bank of the Canada and they will release the total amount of Rs 80,000 in my account which I have provided. I refused to do so and ask him to transfer the total amount of Rs 80,000 in my Brother’s account and ask bank to cancel the transaction of Rs 57,000 to my account but he refused to do so. Then at last’I asked him to meet personally and I handover another RS 23,000 to the person mentioned above i.e. Vxxxk Sxxxxxxa. But he goes on refusing my all proposals when I asked the courier boy that where he had delivered the packet he said that their was no address as mention on the box then he called on the number given on the box and Nxxe Rxxxxd asked him to meet him on the gate of NANDA HOSPITAL. According to the courier boy the person to whom he had delivered the box is tall, black and fat and as ID proof he shown him the Passport on which the name NxxxE RxxxxD is embedded. Now I request you to please probe into the matter and help me out recover my money and make culprit to have punishment for the Breach of Trust. I shall be highly obliged to you for the above.
