I have taken a Fibre broadband connection from Tata Sky on 14Oct2020. But the same the day tatasky confirmed the local cable operator has cut the fibre cable and two cable operators are demanding money to restore the cable connection. on 17th Oct 2020 tatasky restored the connection for two days. Post which the cable operator again disconnected the service but cutting the fibre cable. since 3 days we dont have internet connection and its affecting work from home facility. Tatasky is telling they are discussing with the cable operator to restore the services. Similar issue happened when i wanted ACT internet connection. ACT took money and refunded it saying they had local cable operator problem. Calling Tatasky customer service, technical person, sales person, managers is not helping at all. I have asked for refund and that I am not getting.
Please help me get the services restored on tatasky/refund my money.
