A booking of INR 62292 was made on 15th February 2023 for 2 Adults from Banglore to Phuket (dated 09 May 2023) and return flight to be on 12 May 2023 for 2 adults from Phuket to Banglore through Make my trip app.
Also an insurance of INR 60910 was purchased for the same trip through same app which is also not refunded. A flight reshcedule mail was first received on 12th April 2023 for the round trip tickets from GO FIRST mentioned as due to operational reasons followed by a flight cancellation email on 4th May 2023.
A refund request was submited on Make my trip on 4th May 2023 online with a request ID of 17241345997449088.
As per the update from the make my trip app the current status is that the refund process has been delayed and informed that once the airlines approves our claim it will be refunded. A refund on both air tickets and insurance is required to be refunded. Your assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated
