GTPL Cabble connection not working

I have transfer my gtpl connection from sec 29 to sargasan chokdi gandhinagar thus I have also tranfer my connection to my new house. Their connection has been working good for sometimes but after that it stopped working which we have informed them but they are not taking it seriously and making excuse to provide solution . Which cerate mental harasment to us. Thus I want them to appear in consumer forum for the explaination and also mental harasment compensation.

GTPL CONNECTION NUID NO is avaialble in format attached.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
