Hacker hacked 50000 rupees gift card and i have made complaint to amazon. They have promised me to stop this transactions but then after 2 days they claimed 50000 from my credit card and argued that bank will give you claim. Bank people says amazon are not responding.
initially amazon people agreed to pay back my gift card money but then they stared ignoring my complaints.
I mailed them many times through out 1 month now I started searching solution for this issue.
please check the attachment for full details amazon is not responding to even mumbai police too.
look like they are not worried with complaints
