Hotel booked through booking.com is not refunding advance amount

Hotel is not renfuding advance amount although it was a free cancellation. Due to conference in Noida,I have booked 10 rooms through booking.com website in HOTEL YOYO ROOMS Pvt Ltd,in sector 70,Regarding this I paid ?22000 as advance amount,Due to some problem the plan was cancelled so I cancelled the room last month via booking.com they have mentioned it was a free cancellation….Still the money wasn’t refunded
