Hotel charging service charges without consent

Yesterday I went to Dhabba express at Cenotaph road, teynampet, Chennai with family for dinner. The food we took was for ?1140 and with 9% CGST and 9% SGST an additional 9% of service charges was levied without my consent and compulsorily. The bill no. Is 24 and table no was 43. It is unfair to levy service charge against the customers wish. Pl do something.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
