I had terminated my connection due to poor service and coverage. Upon terminating, the service person from Jio visited and collect the device and also took my bank account number for the refund of security deposit. Post this I am following up with them every month for the same and it is still same state. Every time when i call, customer support person will raise a new complaint and i am asked to wait for 21 days for resolution. This is totally frustrating and kind of cheating to the customers.
