Laptop battery not replaced as per warranty

I bought a laptop battery (compatible, not original) for my Toshiba Laptop on 19 March 2017 from Expression Marketing and Services.

The address of the seller is:
Expression Marketing and Services, 202, Deepali Building, 92, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019.

It had a warranty of two years. I paid Rs. 2,849 for it.

Other batteries available online cost not more than 1,500.

The battery worked well for six months after which it stopped working. On contacting the owner, Mr. Wxxxxxi, I was told to send it by courier. I did so and received another battery after some days. This battery too worked for only four months after which I sent it for replacement. I was sent a battery which did not work from day one. After I let Mr. Wxxxxxxi know about this, he asked me to send it again for replacement.

All this happened in December 2018. Up until now I have NOT received any replacement after having sent the battery. Mr. Wxxxxxi gave me evasive replies. He says he already sent a new battery. When I asked him to share the docket number of the courier, he said he could not find it.

After promising a two-year warranty, they have not honoured it.

They have cheated me.
