Last month on 21st of April I joined online data entry job through online registration on http://magnumtechnopro(.)com , Online registration was free.
On the time of online registration I uploaded my sign and picture and they send me an automated generated agreement. They gave me data entry work for 7 days and also told me about some terms & conditions. (Agreement copy uploaded).
After 7 days I completed my work and suddenly they blocked my ID. When i call them they said As per agreement you have done multiple login that’s why your ID is blocked, I replied, I didn’t. Then they said Your computer may have shut down or the network down while working. I said no such thing happened. They they said don’t worry you have to pay amount Rs. 8000 for server maintenance charges and we will unblock you ID and they said this is completely refundable. They said you can also recheck your wrong work after pay this amount and after that you can take your salary and He also said that even if I want to cancel this project, I will have to pay this amount otherwise I have to be prepared for legal action. So I paid them Rs 8000 and told them to process my salary.
After 2 days i get call from their Quality department and they said as per agreement your mistakes should not more than 70 but yours mistakes are 78, So now if you want recheck your work and if you want to do correction, then you have to pay Rs 7000 and after that you can take your salary.
When i refused to pay any another amount then they threatening me to take legal action against me.
I don’t understand what i should do. I already paid them Rs. 8000 that were refundable but they did not refund. Now they send a message to me that your project has given to someone else and as per agreement pay your registration charges ASAP.
After all this, when I started researching about online data entry fraud, then it was discovered that some companies are cheating people by creating a fake agreement.
Now I don’t know Is this fake agreement or genuine? Please help me regarding this issue, what I should do.

I am facing the same problem.They have fixed my pic in the place of sign in the agreement they did not tell me about the submission time .Now they are telling me that i should pay 3.5k.they are threating me like that they will destroy my future .Also they sent the message in whatss app regarding fileing the case in court of madhyapradhesh.im really very scared i dont know what to do.
I am too facing this problem now. This is completely fake. And I think they can do nothing out of this.

They are frauds. Don’t take them seriously. Even their aggreement copy is also fake. Ignore their calls. And if anyone calls you again and again. Lodge an FIR against them.

Genuine data entry companies never demand for money and harass their employees.
99% of data entry jobs are fake. If they are calling you, you should block them.
