Refund Not Received for Returned Product.

I had ordered 2 bedsheets but received different items. After raising a return request, the product was picked up, but I have not received my refund yet. I have tried calling and messaging, but there has been no response. My orderid 4xxxx4 purchase date of the product is 06/06/2025 Amt paid 1910.04.

Short refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.18,370/- : Mohammad Azam of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (Email: sahibeazam[at]gmail.com booked two return tickets on makemytrip.com few months ago by paying Rs.33,786.
