Railway reservation. I am trying to book a train ticket ( train no 19318) for my mother in law who is a senior citizen. IRCTC website and app is not allowing any booking for senior citizens although there are plenty of seats available.

I have done ticket of my Family and also mother and father who is came in senior citizen,train no.12393 from patna to new delhi on date 19 july 2023,.when I booked ticket there are 141 seats available in 3rd Ac,but lower Birth are not alloted to my mother and father..do the needful for allotment of lower birth for my mother and father who came in senior citizen to journey comfortably on 19 july 2023
