I am staying in bharuch district at Gujarat . I purchased the Vissco manufacturing orthopedic heat belt pad from Jay Bharat Chemist medical store . During purchasing time, Store keeper gave assurance that this product had six month guarrenttee period after purchased date. When my wife can use this pad ,she got electric shock in the body. Even when I was the pad again, I was also got the electric shock from that pad. My wife had several parts burn due to this electric current shock. When I was want to return the product and want my refund money, the shop keeper denied from it. They harshly abused me and gave threat to me because I am outsider here.
So please kindly give justice me for refund the money and this type of medical shop must cancel the license by the State medical authority.
