Complaint regarding JIO network recharge issue

I recently recharged my jio prepaid number with 2545 RS offer which gives a year validity and 1.5gb data per day for 365 days. But after recharging I am very much upset from it’s network and data also not working . I think now they have listed my number to weaker section or so. Coz now I can’t port as I have recharged for a year. Pls do take necessary action against such offences done by such a huge company.
