I made an order of some medicines online from pharmaeasy on 2 June 2018 and they have to get the medicines delivered by delivery on or before 5 June 2018 but they have not delivered it yet and while I check the status of my packet using Awb no then it shows the packet is in the origin city even today. That means they will deliver it soon.

I have scheduled a PharmEasy home collection on May 29, 2021. My home collection slot was June 1,2021 8 AM to 8:30 AM. They have assigned a technician and shared contact number with me. But the technician didn’t turn up at scheduled time. I tried to call him multiple times. But he didn’t pick up the call. I immediately called the call center within an hour. They told me they are arranging somebody else. After that, they took around 11 hours to get back and told me no slot available till June 4, 2021. But my doctor appointment is on Jun 3, 2021. If I miss the appointment, I have to wait another week. So they have ruined my entire Tuesday June 1, 2021. Now I have only June 2 to go out and do the necessary tests. Probably I will miss this week doctor’s appointment. I have never faced this kind of unprofessional behavior. If company doesn’t have any buffer slot, they can’t accommodate you in case of emergency or no show. I won’t recommend anybody further to go for home collection through PharmEasy. It’s a waste of time. There is no place of negligence if you are attached to medical profession. You are playing with people’s life.
