Misleading on recharge of Videocon D2H

I have been mis leaded by Vd2h people as they have offered 7 days extra on 3 months recharge and I recharge my connection on 23rd Feb for 3 months and my recharge was over on 23rd May and no extra days were credited to my account. I made many complaints since then only but no action was taken by them to resolve the matter. I request you to take strict action against them. My customer ID of D2h connection is 102786028.
