I received Nike Air Presto White Running Shoes by Snapdeal on 7th May, 2019 but I put the return request on same day for replacement due to the bad quality and size issue of these shoes. Also, it was not the original Nike shoes. Therefore, I returned these shoes for replacement.
On 17th May, 2019 I received the replacement of these shoes but when I opened the Box it was really shocking, it was replaced by different shoes with 299MRP. Then, I tried to found the contact details to contact with Snapdeal team but there were no contact details not even customer care number. Then I mailed them on help@snapdeal.com about this fraud & after so many followups they replied that they were unable to process my request as it was different shoes from what they had delivered to me.
It was really shameful that such a reputed company is doing this type of fraud. Shoes has been changed by a duplicate item during return request and only Snapdeal or their courier agency is responsible for this fraud. I checked the past reviews now and found that that this type of fraud has done by Snapdeal in Past also.
So, I would like to request you to please help me in getting the complete refund from Snapdeal. I’ve also attached the Bills and the mail copy received from Snapdeal.
