Mobikwik account disabled, no customer support

User ID with mobile number disabled with since last one week in Mobiqwik. Value: 70000

My Mobiqwik account in name of Mrs. Sxxxxa Sxxxxxr has been disabled since last one week. I have requested at all mail address, but no any positive response received. I have called customer care 2-5 times every day, but they are abusing and threatening. I have also informed to cybercrime department.

I request to lodge a complaint to resolve my issue.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
