I recharge my netplus broadbond account with 589 rupees on14 june 2023. But after that i didn’t get the service active so i complain to Customer case of netplus and i got information that my account is terminated on 30 may 2023 because of not recharging from last some mounts. So i requested to return the amount as of my account can not reactive by them. I am following up from many days but till now no positive response i got. They asked me for cancelled check for retune amount i given them but till now not got my amount back.
I am attaching the all email details with this complain. Please look in to the matter and help me to get my money back.
