I ordered clothes from myntra on which they took extra rs149 as delivery charges. when the product received some were not upto the mark and some didn’t fit. moreover when trying to exchange size was not available too..soo I decided returning it..they accepted the return but now they are not refunding me the delivery charges of rs149. infact earlier they used to return mee. no they are saying they can’t. please look into my concern qnd provide me some help..this way myntra would send low quality products and keep the delivery charges too..common people would suffer from this.
