Myntra not reimbursing courier charges

I ordered clothes from myntra on which they took extra rs149 as delivery charges. when the product received some were not upto the mark and some didn’t fit. moreover when trying to exchange size was not available too..soo I decided returning it..they accepted the return but now they are not refunding me the delivery charges …

Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back.
