Myntra provided unfair resolution, no return and suspended account

I ordered a kurta of Qubo fashion from Myntra and received it without a brand tag or price tag just the size slip of the brand was there. I want to get a return created for that and am open for any investigations happening with the logistics team as I’m honest at my case. The registered mobile no. Is 7xxxxx7 . Registered grievance with them the grievance id is but no satisfactory response given . I also registered a complaint at NCH but they even disposed the complaint there. The docket number is 7xxxx7. They’ve not helped me at all even suspended my account. I need justice
