Regarding order not delivered by maycoup.in

I made an online purchase on 14th April 2025 through website – “maycoup[.]in”, but I did not receive my product till date. I have ordered a customized photo frame in A3 size worth Rs. 1199/-. As per company policy; they committed to dispatch the order within 2-3 working days, however, I did not received my product till date i.e. around over the period of 2 months

I requested to please take initiative and resolve my grievance.
