No refund from Freecharge for failed transaction

I have a FreeCharge account with mobile number 9xxxxxxxxx9. I had withdrawn an amount of Rs. 1000/- from FreeCharge wallet to my axis bank account on dated 10.06.2017. Amount was deducted from my wallet but it has not been credited to bank account. The reference number for the transaction is 716119004551. I have written a mail to FreeCharge about 10-12 times. Earlier they told that the amount would be credited into bank account with in 5-7 days. But the amount was not credited to my account. After that FreeCharge asked me to send upto date bank statement from the date of transaction. I had send the bank statement but nothing done by FreeCharge. Every time I am writing a mail to FreeCharge, they are asking to send upto date bank statement. I have sent the latest bank statement upto 03.07.2017 four times and they are only saying from last 10 days that they have forwarded the bank statement to their internal team and will update shortly. I again asked after 10 days about the status they again asked the bank statement but they are not doing anything.

25 days have passed but the amount of Rs. 1000/- has not been credited to my account till date.

It is requested to get the amount of Rs. 1000/- credited to my bank account at the earliest.
