No support from Ajio for return pick up of products

I placed an order worth rupees 1882 on 13th November. The product was delivered on 17th of November.
Due to certain reason I didnt like the product and I opted for a return. A return request was raised on the very same day when product was delivered to me.
Your team mentioned that product will be picked up on or before 27th November. However no one showed up to pick the parcel. I was constantly receiving messages from SHADOWFAX that product will  be picked up today but no one from the team tried contacting me. On 27th nov. I received a message from Ajio that maximum delivery attempt limit has reached and now I again have to raise a new request.
I did the same but again same thing happened on 5th December and they asked me to raise a request again (third time). I have contacted your customer support team nine times to make them understand the criticality of the issue and the suffering that customer go through due to these fake delivery attempts, but no action is being taken by your team.
Today also i received a message but again no one called me or reached my doorstep to collect the pickup
