Rail Tickets not booked but amount debited. Value: 3995
I tried booking 4 rail tickets, from Dadar Mumbai to Sai Nagar Shirdi on Yatra app wherein I made the payment post that I was asked to confirm the booking on IRCTC website. I entered email ID password. However, once I click submit I could not move to the next stage. I tried multiple times. Later on I decided to click on the cancel button to cancel the transaction.
My question to you is the amount has been debited from my credit card. Do let me know how I will get the refund and how much time will it take?
