Non delivery of product by Amazon india

On December 20th my placed an order through Amazon for me. On 24th the courier arrived, the courier packet was intact from outside so I received it and when I opened it, the product box was there but the product was missing from the box. I complained about it at Amazon but they refused to do anything and informed that they have checked and the product was delivered. I asked them to provide the proof which they refused to do.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
